C'est pourquoi, afin de lancer officiellement la marque des Pépites de l'Aubrac, il nous a semblé tout naturel de vous proposer une journée de partage et de rencontre. Ainsi, le 28 septembre 2019, nous vous convions à cette journée de ramassage au champ, que nous voulions familiale et joyeuse.
Voici un retour sur image de cette belle journée, qui nous a au combien comblé, et on peut dire qu'il en est de même de votre côté dans les sourires étaient nombreux !
Le principe était assez simple pour cette journée : vous permettre de découvrir nos produits et de rencontrer nos producteurs. Et quoi de mieux que de le faire dans "leur habitat naturel" ! C'est donc le choix du ramassage au champ que nous avons fait. D'abord pour le côté ludique. Ensuite, parce que c'est vachement plus facile de vous parler de notre ambition des sols vivants, de notre amour du territoire et de notre engagement dans la qualité quand on a tout cela sous les yeux !
Vous aviez donc la possibilité de ramasser les Pépites à même le champ, après un bref passage de déterreur qui les faisait sortir de leur cocon de terre. Les 3 variétés étaient présentes : Marabel, Monalisa et Agata. Et nous nous faisons un plaisir de vous indiquer pour quelle cuisson chacune était appropriée, de vous aider à remplir sauts et paniers puis de les porter jusqu'à la pesée.
Cette journée était vraiment pour nous l'occasion de venir à votre rencontre, de partager avec vous, et d'en savoir plus sur vos habitudes de consommation, afin d'améliorer notre offre dès l'année prochaine !
La journée fut une belle réussite ! En tout, vous étiez ainsi plus de 300 à venir montrer votre soutien à l'initiative des Pépites de l'Aubrac, et ce sont quelques 4 tonnes de pommes de terre qui sont partis chez l'un chez l'autre pour vous régaler pendant quelques semaines !
Pour nous, c'était important et nous vous en remercions. Vous, clients locaux, étiez au cœur de notre démarche. Nous souhaitions vous proposer un produit sain, savoureux et local, mais aussi un produit du quotidien qui restait abordable. On peut dire que nous avons relevé ce défi, au vu de votre enthousiasme !
Nous n'allions pas vous laisser partir sans goûter les Pépites, ni vous réhydrater après avoir porté des sacs entiers ! C'est donc avec un grand plaisir et une gourmandise avouée que nous vous proposions les grenailles rissolées dans la graisse de bœuf !
En tout cas, l'année prochaine, il y aura encore une journée de ramassage, et d'autres belles surprises !
